Cans: OC at the great Galician audiovisual event

For seventeen years, the party of Cans has been one of the major events in the film and audiovisual sector in Galicia. Orestes Comunica (OC) joined the event team: we took charge of communication management, media relations, clipping, preparation of the Festival dossier and online promotion.

It was a very special edition of the event: on the one hand, it maintained and even expanded the programme. On the other hand, it radically reduced the spaces and adopted strict Covid19 prevention and control measures. Counting them was one of the challenges.

In two months we issued 22 press releases. We attended to local, Galician and national media. We managed interviews with directors, performers… And, above all, we were able to work hand in hand with the Arela Cultural Association, in Porriño, which promotes one of the most authentic and interesting festivals of all possible festivals.
