Virtual tour of Hotel Galicia Palace: steps forward in usability

To develop the project we scanned in 3D more than 700 points of the establishment’s facilities. Thus, from the start of the tour, the person taking the tour can choose to move around the facility as if walking through it, or directly access a point of interest: the floor of such event rooms, for example. example. We have incorporated, through the menu, a second layer of direct access to the different types of rooms, lounges, parking lot… All the content can be consulted in 3 languages: English, Galician and Spanish. The route is displayed in the default language of the browser. In addition, and from the menu, the user can change the language.

3D tours offer new marketing and communication possibilities in different sectors.

In the case of hotels, in addition to their advantages, there is their ability to attract the interest of people from search engines: the inclusion of routes in Google Maps generates a high level of visibility.
